Bikram has over 30 years’ experience in IT consulting, general management, client relationship management, project management and software development. He transitioned to HR and was Head of the HR at Infosys, a leading international IT company in India.

As Head of HR Infosys, was instrumental in managing the unprecedented growth and restructuring of the organization from 2003. During the next four years, Infosys bagged many best employer awards, while clocking more than 100% growth and achieving several unique records in the Indian Software Industry. He worked in CMC from 1980 to 1996 in various roles which included hardware and software maintenance, software development, project management, network consulting and implementing Total Quality Management systems and setup a profit center for ISP services.

Bikram is trained as a coach by Marshal Goldsmith and has used Marshall’s behavioral coaching methodology extensively to coach C-level leaders in India and other South Asian countries . Bikram also advises senior management teams to establish business aligned people practices, to build a robust leadership pipeline by building a strong coaching culture within their organizations.

Bikram holds degrees in B.Sc Physics from Presidency College and B.Tech Electrical Engineering from Kolkata University. He is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified HOGAN Assessor and is certified in MBTI and FIRO-B instruments. He is vastly experienced in Assessment Center, Behavioral Event Interviewing and Appreciative Inquiry.
